Self-Training As a Method of Will Development for Fighters

Physical culture, especially involvement in any sport, is impossible without SELF-TRAINING. SELF-TRAINING for an athlete is developed by performing list of requirements. First of all you should KNOW YOURSELF, being able to ACCESS YOUR POSITIVES AND NEGATIVES, assessing critically your own behaviour. One has to be able to LISTEN TO OTHERS opinion as well.

Developing Self Training tips:

1. Following of STRICT DAILY SCHEDULE for personal tasks

2. Special training for development of attention and will include:
– SELF-OBSERVATION

– SELF-CONVINCING

– DEVELOPING HABITS

– SELF-APPROVAL in form of AUTOSUGGESTION (be brave, keep fighting etc.) and SELF-ORDERS (forward, up, first etc.)

In SELF-TRAINING the most important rule is: ONCE DECISION TAKEN FOR SOMETHING, IT SHOULD BE DONE BY ALL MEANS!
