On 14.10.2018 coach Sev was invited by the XFC Super Lightweight Champion Michael Tepou for a private Combat Sambo Takedown Defense Workshop.
We worked many options for beating the most common takedown attacks in MMA. The attendance was at great level of knowledge and having competition experience at champion level added quality of the training.
I hope all that attended had fun and learned some useful concepts that may apply in their training and competitions.
