Grip training also adds stability and prevents many wrist injuries related with gripping and punching involved in any fighting style.
Here is a quick mini circuit workout to target this often neglected area:
Perform 3 circuits of
1. Wrist roller
2. Fist Push-ups
3. Dumbbell Front Grips
4. Dumbbell Rear Grips
5. Grip Crushers (use different grip every circuit)
6. Repeat the circle from starting from 1.
