02.06.2018 Eagles MMA workshop

Had a great workshop session today with our teammate Ameer Mood sharing techniques from his trip to Russia and Eagles MMA Moscow.
Ameer shared some striking combos including some Khabib Nurmagomedov style uppercuts and pins, and plenty other very interesting techniques and defenses. Was a great day sharing and working over some new MMA knowledge.
