14.10.2017 Tribal MMA workshop in Bully Team gym

We was visited by Tribal MMA team who traveled all the way from Sunshine coast and dedicated whole day to do an MMA workshop in Fight Fight Club Bully Team Australia gym. We touched base to weight cutting strategies for competitors, variables in the striking game, takedowns to leglocks sequences.
