This includes design for their needs and launch coach education system, periodical lecturing in the university on Coaching and Sports Training science.

– Former Technical Director of British Judo Association for 5 years
– Former Sports Director of Russian Judo Federation for 4 years
– Doctor from Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture & PhD in Sports Training science
– Honorary Life-Long National Coach in Judo Police Sport UK
– Honours for coaching for Russia from the Ministry of Sport in 1990, given to a coach who personally produced double world champion
– 6 dan in Judo
