On 21.07.2019 was held Queensland Sub-only Championship 2019 at Tallebudgera Leisure Centre.
Our team participated with five athletes:

Brodie Dean – vice-champion Men Nogi / Adults 18+ / Novice / -95kg
Maddy King – vice-champion Woman Nogi / Adults 18+ / Novice / -65kg
Liam Benton – champion Kids and Teens Nogi / Male / 13-14 years / -2 years (intermediate) / 57kg
Samuel Benton – champion Kids and Teens Nogi / Male / 15-17 years / – 1 years (beginner) / 70kg
Men Nogi / Adults 18+ / Novice / -85kg
David refused to sign in the masters division and entered his first ever grappling competition with a win:

Brodie started his competition from the Open NoGi Division with a controversial decision:

Maddy pulled an attractive submission victory:

And became vice-champion in her division:

Kids and Teens Nogi / Male / 13-14 years / -2 years (intermediate) / 57kg
Tyron Szczesny (Team AMMA) VS Liam Benton (FC Bully Team) – disqualification
Liam pulled the fastest submission for the team for the day stopping the clock on 50 seconds on the final of his division:

Sam has to win 2 of 3 rounds in round robin format against the same opponent, which ended in a dramatic back and forward 3 matches battle with Rory Urquhart from ATOS Australia.
